Mila Fairfax, Principal
I have been aligning people’s voice with their identity for four decades.
From early image consulting, through public relations, to narrative coaching, the thru line has remained: find your true voice and use it. When I find people who have lost their voice, who can’t find their voice when they need it, or who have had their voice silenced, I can help them reclaim it. To do that effectively, we have to back up to reestablish the message, then intention, and even the identity of that voice.
As a crisis responder, I helped articulate needs then redirect attention and resources, speaking on behalf of people affected by emergencies and disasters to those who could assist. As a public relations counselor, I helped frame and convey complex messages to bring clarity and context in murky conditions. And now as a narrative coach, I help untangle old assumptions and expectations to get to a stronger story.
